先日来られたお客様が縄文シリーズの遮光器土偶と龍の香合をカリフォルニアに連れて帰ってくださったのですが、
“帰国したら飾るのが楽しみです！”
“無事帰国してここに飾りました！息子に一つプレゼントしたらとても喜んでくれたよ！”
など何度も細やかに嬉しい気持ちと写真を送ってくださり、心がとても温かくなりました。
嬉しい気持ちや感謝の気持ちってみんな思っていることでも、こうして伝えてもらうことでまたそういう柔らかい心が広がっていくのっていいなぁ。。。
私も誰かに感じたそんな気持ちをちゃんと言葉と態度にして伝えていけるようになりたいなと思いました。
A customer who visited us recently took home the Jōmon Series — the Dogū and the Dragon incense container — all the way to California.
After returning, they sent us the sweetest messages and photos:
“I can’t wait to display them when I get home!”
“I’ve safely returned and placed them here! I gave one to my son, and he was so happy!”
Each message warmed my heart.
It reminded me how beautiful it is when simple feelings of joy and gratitude are shared — how they ripple outward, softening the world around us.
I hope I can also become someone who expresses those gentle feelings,
not only through words, but through the way I live and create.
